Join the Coalition

To build the coalition that can make Planetary Majority-Public Compute a reality, we need people to take on our seven immediate workstreams. We are assembling a proof-of-concept dataset — the first complete five-layer Chokepoint analysis of the Nvidia/TSMC/hyperscaler GPU stack — to demonstrate our methodology and seed the platform launch. For this we need data engineers, geospatial analysts, and open-source intelligence researchers. Can you model what the 51% mechanism would produce under three growth scenarios? We need economists, macro-modelers, and public finance experts to calculate the public compute capacity, GDP impact, and distributional effects of the Compute Commons Contribution Standard. Establishing a lawful pathway requires international lawyers, constitutional scholars, and regulatory policy designers. The task: assess existing legal instruments in the EU, India, Brazil, and the African Union, and determine what treaty architecture a full multilateral accord would need. To design a governance body resistant to capture, we are convening a working group of constitutional lawyers, technologists, and civil society representatives. Their mission: develop the formally verified, auditable composition algorithm for the Algorithmic Governance Body. Building a broad-based movement means bringing in partners from AI Now Institute, DAIR, Access Now, AlgorithmWatch, and organizations across the Global South. We are looking for network organizers, partnership strategists, and translators to make that happen. The Measure Space platform needs full-stack engineers, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure engineers — people ready to build permanent public infrastructure with multilingual architecture from day one. And when the founding framework is published for open comment, we need communications strategists, editors, and community managers to shepherd the public revision process. If any of these workstreams fit you, or if you have a way to contribute we haven't listed, we want to hear from you. Tell us about yourself below and our strategy team will be in touch.
